I don’t know who to report this to, or what to do with it. This text showed up on my phone a few minutes ago with no identifier except an 888 phone number. This election is tomorrow, so people have little chance to
It’s exactly the opposite of true. A yes vote changes the Kansas law, making it restrictive with no exception for rape or incest. It’s called the Value Them Both Amendment but it doesn’t do that at all. It’s in line with all the other restrictive new laws.
The vote is confusing. The ballot says that voting YES will allow the constitution to change abortion access, or deny it. A NO vote will keep the constitution as it is, with abortion now legal.
Someone has a very nefarious approach here, targeting those of us likely to support choice and hoping we don’t know enough to realize it is— not misleading; that’s too kind. It’s an outright lie.
