That's right, i said it. I know that tying a weather event to climate change is problematic. Maybe it was just bad weather luck. For those who won't say climate change and those who choose to quibble about weather and climate, I say fuck those baby killing deniers and delayers.
All over the news I hear about unprecedented historic weather. Cut to flooded streets and homes. Put devastated residents on the air right NOW!
No one could have predicted it. There was no way to prepare. Followed up by we're gonna be stronger and rebuild even better.
It's historic. It's unprecedented. Cover our oil addiction and baby killing in blankets of shock and denial.
Don't mention climate change or overwhelming our resiliency to recover. Just go on like insurance will cover losses like they did before. All we have to do is shovel ruined homes into dump trucks and rebuild like we did before.
Blame immigrants. Blame socialists. Blame anybody but godly baby killing business as usual dumbass dominionist deniers and delayers.
That's right climate change flooded my basement, and it's coming for your homes, streets, farms, communities and grandchildren. Are you going to drive away in denial and delay? You think your SUV will save you?
