Uh, oh. Liz has turned on Cruella, I mean Ginni [1]

For awhile there, Liz Cheney was very hesitant (strongly opposed) to calling Ginni Seditionist Thomas before the J6 Committee. It seems all the new evidence that is pouring in like Niagra Falls has changed her mind. Methinks there will be more than one hearing in September.

The J6 folks are not taking August off. Cheney, at this point, isn’t concerned about the mid-terms other than making sure more asshole seditionists don’t get elected.

Jan. 6 committee to ‘contemplate a subpoena’ for Ginni Thomas.

Cheney, the vice chair of the select committee, said the bipartisan panel is engaged with Ginni Thomas’s counsel. Officials have also spoken to other figures who were similarly urging those close to former president Donald Trump to pursue efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, she said. “We certainly hope that she will agree to come in voluntarily,” Cheney said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “But the committee is fully prepared to contemplate a subpoena if she does not. I hope it doesn’t get to that.”

I pulled the brilliant cartoon from the DKos files but don’t know who the artist is. Really captured the totally creepy creep factor.
