Welcome to the Street Prophets Coffee Hour cleverly hidden at the intersection of religion and politics. This is an open thread where we can share our thoughts and comments about the day. Bisbee, Arizona, known as the Queen of the Copper Camps, was founded in 1877 and is known for its beautiful copper minerals such as cuprite and brightly colored malachite and azurite. In 1975, mining operations—both open pit and underground—came to an end. The mines produced more than 8 billion pounds of copper.
