What to call us. I have written about this very thing over and over on this site. I think Dr. Biden was trying to get there. Breakfast tacos are a thing in San Antonio. (but why is is so darn hard!) Irish American, Italian American, German American, Polish American…… Just go there! Mexican American. We are a thing!
