Who enabled the Highland Park Gunman? [1]

We know he was able to buy the guns legally. His father signed the permission form.

By all reports, however, the Highland Park gunman's family was in deep financial trouble, and he was on food stamps. There's no evidence he had a job.

Where did he get the money for all the weird tattoos and then several expensive guns, a ton of ammo, and other gear?

Did he make that much money from his lame ass rap videos? How was he enabled? Did he get a loan from a drug dealer?

This has been puzzling me, and anyone has other information, I’d like to know.
