2022 Midterm Redemption for Dems. [1]

We are aware that incumbent Administrations tend to lose seats in Congress during the Midterm Elections. The 2022 midterms are particularly dangerous, not only to the current Administration, but also to democracy itself, and the future of America and its “experiment in democracy.”
I have a three-step suggestion to help Dems keep majorities in the House and Senate.
Also, time is now REALLY short, because it needs to be implemented ASAP before the midterms. Here are my suggestions:
Every Republican that voted to overturn the 2020 election on Jan 6, 2021, has BETRAYED his/her oath to uphold the Constitution. We have a powerful law already on the books: 5 USC §7311 (*). Thus 147 current members of Congress should be removed NOW. That would give Dems a solid, filibuster-proof majority in both houses. This would allow Pres. Biden to pass everything on his platform. Manchin/Sinema — who are single-handedly (“double-handedly”?) responsible for the drop in Pres. Biden’s approval ratings -- would then become irrelevant. Enough money could be authorized ASAP to help people who are now struggling. This would persuade MANY more voters to come to the polls to vote for the Party that DOES help them, in their times of need.
2. Once this is done, legislation could be passed to impeach the "five" dishonest “Associates” on the Supreme Court (who had pre-decided to overturn Roe v Wade), and pass new laws to make a new RvW legal, also reversing the actions of ALL those Rep-dominated state governments, that have now implemented abortion bans. (Also, Fox should be closed down; Tucker Carlson and his fellow-travelers on Fox “News" should be exiled for their anti-American stance).
3. Laws could be passed to reverse all the voter-suppression legislation around the country, so that we do not lose our democracy.
(*) 5 USC §7311. Loyalty and striking
An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if (**)he—
(1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
(2) is a member of an organization that (**)he knows advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
(3) participates in a strike, or asserts the right to strike, against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia; or
(4) is a member of an organization of employees of the Government of the United States or of individuals employed by the government of the District of Columbia that (**)he knows asserts the right to strike against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia.
(**) My update to the wording: “or she”
