Across the pond, cabinet ministers and aides have been resigning right and left, because in some places politicians can still be shamed into quitting. Not Boris Johnson, though. Soon the British government will consist of no one but him, and he’ll have to appoint his hair to various offices. The fact that the latest issue is a sex scandal involving a groper named Chris Pincher is, as they say, “a little on the nose.”
Meanwhile, it’s been revealed that Elon Musk has still more secret children, 8-month-old twins born to one of his execs during the same period Grimes was pregnant with their daughter. Names have not been released, but presumably will be something like P@$$w0rd and 1two3four5. This brings the number of his kids up to 9, while his pinned tweet frets about the birthrate being too low.
In 2019, the *Rump administration’s IRS did a few intensive audits, for about one return out of every 30,000. Lo and behold, one of the “random” choices was James Comey (as was Andrew McCabe). This abuse of office for petty score-settling is unethical and illegal….and I don’t feel even slightly sorry for Comey, the chairman of the Face-eating Leopards Party.
In Florida, DeSantis just signed a law requiring that college students and professors be surveyed of “viewpoint diversity” — while outlawing any diversity from his own anti-LBGTQ+ views, as well as outlawing any mention of systemic racism.
And the Republican nominee for Secretary of State in Michigan says that demonic possession is sexually transmitted. I, um, have questions.
