It’s not the headline, but according to this TPM report, the deal was supposed to go forward over a week ago, but the Roe decision at the very least delayed it. Hopefully the pressure from pro-choice groups and voters will end this dumb deal; we don’t need to be putting more anti-choice judges in power anywhere.
