New Day Cafe: Tuesday Treasures, Maybe Some Trash? [1]

Good morning! Grab a cup of coffee or whatever and join us for some chat….

I forgot I had this recipe tucked away….

Ukraine Pancakes by Olia Hercules — Mix together: 3/4 cup plain yogurt, 1 egg lightly beaten, 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, pinch salt. Brush a frying pan over medium heat with sunflower oil, drop large tablespoonfuls of batter & cook 2 minutes on each side.

All are welcome to join the fun, the silliness, the conversations. If you don’t know...just ask! Some things really do require a bit of explanation.

There will be a few surprises along the way, all good ones, we hope.
