You should listen to the whole thing — but here are the highlights to me —
There are starting to get in line now enough of our stuff to start knocking the shit out of them. And it is going to be focused. And it has already started. July will be very bad for Russia and will keep getting worse for them. (Ukraine is moving hard on the south — that is clearly the key geography)
That we do not know what is going on behind the scenes here - and he is advising NATO — and that it is very much coordinated between our and Ukraine’s military and that internet speculations are NOT helpful about weapons or battlefield status. That tactics playing out are just that and are deceiving and the operational elements playing out are not impacted at all.
(I hope that reporter that said they are a click out of Kherson this morning should shut the fuck up. Ukraine is sure not happy with you — you fucking idiot.)
It will never be public — which should be obvious — it is very classified — what is really going on behind the scenes.
Russia proper is going to be targeted where those strikes are coming from that hit them.
I think he very much indicates that RU has culminated. On multiple levels — and they have nothing left in their tool bag. Ukraine sure has ability to put soldiers in the field in large numbers and that RU manpower is spent. 85% of their combat forces are already there.
Except for artillery they are screwed — which is going to get knocked out more and more (and I have already said I think their guns are near pounded to shit in any event).

General Hertling has been consistently saying the same thing you know. Hodges just puts a finer point on it.
