Understanding that the passive behavior for challenging the SCOTUS can and should be overcome with the following and as such. with legislation that is both concise and complete:

“Governments---federal, state, county and municipal—are prohibited from interfering in all elements pertaining to a woman’s reproductive rights.”

Now, if Democrats can’t or won’t do so, given their penchant for ‘institutionalism’, the nation has fallen and to the point of besmirching both our Constitution and Republic.
