the right to privacy was not included in the constitution….many of the more humanitarian policies that have been destroyed by the current supreme court are based on that lack…

i suppose the assumption of that right, uncodified, was implicit with feelings of freedom that we all enjoy…that is a problem that needs fixing…

a coalition of democrats, libertarians, and the few remaining sane republicans should be big enough margin to amend the constitution to guarantee that right and that expectation.

can you imagine ANY politician arguing that there should be no right to privacy? in the information age the thing that is most valuable that we personally own is ourselves, our views, our thoughts and our behaviors….we should be free to either dole out or deny that information; personal choice.

the theory that there is no inherent right to privacy…guarded nationally as a basic civil right is the house of cards that felled many other personal freedoms…and will create much chaos going forward.

i would think that in the state legislatures this could be a reverse wedge issue that might roll back the damage the supreme has done and will continue to do….’sir, why do you oppose a right to privacy?…sir, sir, sir??’
