Gavin Newsom has released a 30-second campaign ad targeted at Florida's Governor Ron Desantis, who has proclivities toward white nationalists. Newsom hits DeSantis on his policies against voting rights, free speech, book banning, women's reproductive rights, and creating safety concerns for the safety of GLBT students in the sunshine state's public schools. Newsom and Desantis are both running for reelection this fall.

This ad buy is only $100,000 in a costly media market. It won't get too many eyes. He is simply stirring the pot in a state where very few dare to criticize his highness. He makes Trump appear to be a choir boy with his petty and vindictive actions. He must not ever become president.

Freedom, it's under attack in your state. Republican leaders, they're banning books, making it harder to vote, restricting speech in classrooms, even criminalizing women and doctors." I urge all of you living in Florida to join the fight—or join us in California, where we still believe in freedom: Freedom of speech, freedom to choose, freedom from hate, and the freedom to love. Don't let them take your freedom.

California's Governor has been attacking GQP frontrunners for their stances on hateful white nationalist policies that they fully embrace.

Is he thinking about running for office nationally? Who knows for sure, but I am thankful he is doing the bashing of these traitors since no one else appears to be. I hope other high-profile Democrats will pile on just as forcefully.
