Proposal for an Inalienable Rights Act
All free-thinking People hold these truths to be self-evident, that all persons are created Equal, that they are endowed at birth with certain inalienable Rights, that among these Rights are:
The Right to Life;
The Right Liberty;
The Right to bodily, intellectual and psychological autonomy;
The Right to self determination, to privacy, and to anonymity with respect to healthcare, reproduction, lifestyle, and termination of one’s own life;
The Right to emancipation, free thought, free communication and education;
The Right to vote in fair elections;
The Right to engage in governmental process, and to redress of grievance;
The Right to freely associate in religion, profession, occupation, fraternity and politics;
The Right to travel;
Freedom from: fear, abuse, coercion, rape, violence, targeted policing, vigilantism, torture, unjust incarceration and enslavement,;
Freedom from abrogation of one’s inalienable rights by any government or other agency.
No branch of the United States Government, nor any State Government, nor any Department or Agency thereof, shall make any law or ruling that infringes upon, abridges, nullifies or in any manner condones the Inalienable Rights conferred by this Act to all Citizens of the United States.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted by the People,deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

To Redeem Our Country: Reclaim It, & Reconstruct It
The United States is trending toward chaotic dissolution. Daily, Its Government pursues policies injurious for Its People. It ignores Its Peoples’ needs, their commonweal and their commonwealth, all the while ruling to increase the “Elites” disparate wealth. A paralyzed Congress holds the Executive captive while perjurious Justices rule, ex cathedra, with 12th century religiosity. In return, Its Citizens routinely disdain and distrust It. Many view Its statements with contempt and choose quackery “Q” over evident fact. Many of Its people are poor, hungry, homeless, badly educated, in need of basic healthcare, debt-ridden, substance abusive, disturbed, harassed by police, and unjustly incarcerated. White collar crime is rampant, mass shootings occur daily, and random violence expected. Our legal system is fractured, our courts and jails jammed and mass incarceration is privatized for forced labor. Justice is for sale. Our natural resources are despoiled. Cities sprawl, agrarians are dispossessed from the land and rural communities shattered by despair. Our food chain monopolized. Our healthcare shambolic. Our social welfare network pathetic. Our education politicized. Our infrastructure obsolete. Our manufacturing sector relocated. Our energy policy outdated and controlled by special interests. Our taxation empowers the rich, the banks, the corporations, the market, and the scofflaws. And, many are captivated by avarice and the desire for special privilege.
This state of affairs cannot persist. Under the guise of faux democracy, tyrannical forces now evince a design to reduce us under absolute Despotism. This long train of abuses and usurpations is becoming insufferable. Sooner or later, the Government will be altered or abolished. If plutocrats forestall peaceable alteration, then January 6th’s insurrection is but prelude to further violent upheaval. How will the People redress their grievances? Can the People choose quiet enjoyment of their Inalienable Rights? Or, will the Peoples’ pent-up anger unfold to their greater misery?
On July 4th, 1776 the Continental Congress approved the Declaration of Independence, the greatest human rights proclamation ever written. Declaring the Right to the pursuit of Happiness profoundly respects every person’s inherent access to thought, word, and deed. Current events necessitate the Declaration’s sanctities become contemporary. The proposed Inalienable Rights Act meets this necessity. This Inalienable Rights Act, in synthesis with the Declaration, reiterates that protecting our natural, inalienable rights is government’s most important purpose.
It is the Declaration of Independence’s universal truths that inspire and unite all freedom loving people; not the fundamentally flawed Constitution of the United States. Accommodation of slavery, the Founding Fathers’ original sin, compromised the Constitution’s integrity and prescribed Its democracy. This stigmata remains deeply embedded in our public fundament. It characterizes our politics, corrupts our laws, taints our elections, corrodes our civility and inhibits our happiness. Our appalling deference, say even embrace, of this atrocity accounts for so much of our turbulent history and our seemingly endless civil strife. To extract ourselves from this noxious hell, supremacy must be struck from our Constitution, our Laws and our public demeanor. It is simple. Every person is one, a whole being, not three fifths nor a zero. Each of us is obligated to cleanse our mind, our heart, and our soul from the moral disease of supremacy; this mortal sin that invariably manifests hatred, violence,and despair.
It is past time to embrace the Declaration’s founding truths and to alter our compromised Constitution. Reconstruction offered the Union redemption. But Jim Crow perverted this opportunity into a white supremacist grotesquery. Today the United States is neither justly nor democratically governed. To survive, Its Government must be reclaimed for functional Democracy. A Democracy that protects, serves and enriches all of Its People by formally recognizing their inalienable rights as prerequisite to their consent to be governed. Our Government’s security and our personal security demand this recognition. Only thus can the United States move toward a more perfect union.
The storm is gathering; there is no more time for chicanery or obstruction. Before it is too late, let a national plebiscite reclaim the consent of the governed. Let the People enact an Inalienable Rights Act by plebiscite, by Vote. A Vote to require our Constitutional Government rewrite or repeal all language extant in: the Constitution, Federal law, State law, Municipal law, legal precedent or common law that is prejudicial to a Citizen’s Inalienable Rights and Equality. Let the People Vote!
We, the People, must stand for our Inalienable Rights. Our truth must be simple, all inclusive, honest and just. We must speak this truth. A national plebiscite is our best security, our peaceful way to, Transition Power to Democracy.
