SCOTUS cabalists said “privacy” is not "mentioned” in Constitution. (IMHO wrongly decided.) I say their neighborhood and my womb are not equal.
Even if Clarence Thomas needs a kidney transplant to stay alive, we cannot force his relatives or anyone else to give him one. Unlike rumors of horrid prisoner abuse in China, our star chamber bullies cannot order one taken even from a death row prisoner —- just to save a VIP life. Yet.
So far, we have laws against selling our body parts.
Hell, in most states prostitutes even break our laws by RENTING OUT their reproductive organs.
But, a single male sperm (which men can legally SELL to a sperm bank) can now force a woman to supply blood, calcium, comfy housing, waste products removal, etc. Any detritus left behind after birth is our problem. If they become soldiers we will not get reparations for being forced to risk injury or death by providing QUARTER for 9 months.
………………….. liberty and justice for all? On back order? Or sold out?
