New Rallying Cry for Democrats: DENY THE LIE! [1]

Lock her up! Lock her up! Lock her up!

Ever hear that before? Who hasn’t! Did it affect anyone besides the MAGA faithful? Probably not, but it pumped them up. Democrats need to do the same thing while, at the same time, exploiting the cracks in the Republican Party being caused by the revelations of the January 6 Committee.

Now that even Faux News is covering the televised hearings, the testimony of the likes of Bill Barr, Ivanka Trump and Cassidy Hutchinson — people Trump can’t distance himself from — is starting to resonate with even Trump loyalists. Lies are being exposed here and some of the testimony is being used in other investigations, in Georgia and at the Justice Department.

If the documentary film crews embedded with the Proud Boys and at the White House have actual footage of Trump knowingly sending armed insurrectionists to attack the Capitol and then willfully ignoring his oath to defend the Country by not asking them to stand down, the lie that Trump really won the 2020 election will be laid bare.

So, here’s the message Democrats running against Big Lie-supporting Republicans can use to great effect: DENY THE LIE! On the campaign trail, at debates and in advertising, it’s vital to call out people who can’t accept reality yet want to wield legislative power. After all, everyone knows that #LiarsAreLosers!

“DENY THE LIE!” needs to become the rallying cry of Democrats! Use it ad nauseam. Throw it in the faces of Trump-lite candidates. Don’t relent until the midterm elections are over and Congress remains true blue!
