Remove Amy Coney Barrett [1]

In the final year of Barack Obama's Presidency, Mitch McConnell prevented Obama from seating the Supreme Court Justice, Merrick Garland.



In order to justify this egregious departure from Senate norms, McConnell declared a new rule, he just made up, that;



'during a Presidential Election Year, if the Senate is held by the opposite party of The Current President, then the Senate has the right to not appoint a new Supreme Court Justice, and the upcoming election should determine who should approve the appointment'



Obviously I'm paraphrasing, but that was the absolute BS point Mitch McConnell was making in 2016, with almost 11 months before the election he was referencing.



So, then in 2020, Mitch McConnell pushed Amy Coney Barrett through the Senate appointment for the Supreme Court, something like 11 DAYS before the Presidential Year Election in November 2020.



The result of the November 2020 Election shows that they lost the Republican Presidency and Republican control of the Senate, 11 DAYS later.



Now, if that isn't the clearest example of the electorate voting against Mitch McConnell, and rejecting his new BS rule, and his appointment of Amy Coney Barrett, I don't know what is.

By the same rule that he made up for 2 appointments, Gorsuch and Barrett, Barrett should be immediately removed, And all cases she voted on since being seated need to be reevaluated once a new Justice is appointed to replace her by President Joseph Biden and the Democratic Senate that won the 2020 election.
