As a result of the armed conflict in Ukraine, the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs implements a series of measures with the aim of avoiding the interruption of consular assistance to Cubans residing in that country. This was reported on Twitter by Ernesto Soberón, General Director of Consular Affairs and Cubans Resident Abroad.
