The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Zhao Lijian, recalled that the United States has an obligation to comply with the Biological Weapons Convention.
His statements are related to Russia’s recent denunciation of a network of Washington biological laboratories on Ukrainian territory. An issue that the White House denies, although it is NOT publicly unaware of the existence of such facilities.
