Russian troops advance due to Ukrainian refusal to negotiate with Moscow – Canal Caribe

THe Russian military operation continued, this Saturday, in Ukrainian territory, after the last-minute refusal of the president of that country, Vladimir Zelensky, to advance in the negotiations on a possible ceasefire.

Last night a possible settlement between the parties was in sight, when Kiev expressed its acceptance of the proposal by Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold talks between ministerial delegations from both countries in Minsk, the Belarusian capital.

Meanwhile, the United States ordered an increase in the supply of weapons to Ukraine, while tightening its sanctions packages against Russia.
