The Program to help, improve and transform neighborhoods of the capital, transcends to remote places in the geography of Cuba. In “El Yarual”, a population settlement located on the north coast of the Municipality of Bolivia, Ciego de Ávila, Brigades of the “Héroes de Cuito Cuanavale” Contingent and residents of the area concluded a high-impact hydraulic work for that rural community.
