The President of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, paid tribute this Wednesday to his compatriots, at the Soviet Internationalist Soldier Mausoleum, and toured the Fidel Castro Ruz Center in the Cuban capital. Also, this afternoon, the Head of the Russian Lower House held talks with the member of the Political Bureau and head of the National Assembly of People’s Power, Esteban Lazo Hernández.
