In the Chamber of Crimes against State Security of the People’s Provincial Court of Havana, the Oral Trial took place, where 33 citizens accused of serious disturbances and acts of vandalism that occurred in the Corner of Toyo, Municipality of Diez de Octubre were tried. in the capital of Cuba, on July 11th and 12th, 2021.
The reports of the criminal investigations, prepared by the Bodies of the Ministry of the Interior, were presented to the Court. Representatives of the Attorney General’s Office, defense attorneys, witnesses and victims of the serious events, participated in the public hearing, which was attended by relatives of the accused
