Former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva affirmed that Brazil today has a psychopath in power who lies all day, alluding to the ultra-right-wing president Jair Bolsonaro. During an interview with the PodPah channel, one of the largest podcast programs in Brazil, the founder of the Workers’ Party revealed that Bolsonaro said that taking the Anti-Covid-19 Vaccine can cause AIDS.
The result of the presidential elections in Honduras held on November 28 surprised the world with the victory of the candidate of the Free Party, Xiomara Castro, with an advantage of up to 20 points over her rival, Nasry Asfura, thus overcoming fraud attempts by the Party in power, as happened in the 2017 elections.
The candidates for the presidency of Chile continue today the campaigns to capture the vote of the undecided facing the presidential elections on December 19.
The standard-bearer of the left-wing I Approve Dignity coalition, Gabriel Boric, and his command began tours of regions and communes throughout the country, while the far-right José Antonio Kast, of the Christian Social Front has just returned from a visit to the United States, where he met with businessmen who have interests in Chile and with Senator Marco Rubio, linked to the most conservative wing of the Cuban-American extreme right.
On December 19, more than 15 million Chileans will be called to the polls to elect the next president from two candidates with very different visions of the country.
