China ratifies willingness to expand ties with Cuba – Canal Caribe

Chinese President Xi Jinping highlighted the deepening of relations with Cuba after congratulating his Communist Party, the government and the people for the 63 years of the Revolution, diplomatic sources reported.
According to the island’s embassy here, the president sent a message to his counterpart Miguel Díaz-Canel and referred to the steps taken in 2021 to consolidate friendly ties between the two nations.
He recognized the successes achieved in the construction of prosperous and sustainable socialism, thanks to the unity and perseverance of Cubans.
“China has always supported Cuba on its socialist path in accordance with its national conditions, and reiterated its willingness to continue working in favor of high-level exchanges, deepen cooperation in all areas, and continue to write together a new chapter of friendship in the new era, ”Xi said.
His message concluded with votes in favor of the prosperity of the Caribbean nation, as well as for the happiness and well-being of the Cuban people.
With his letter, the Chinese president joined several international leaders who conveyed their congratulations to the island, on the 63rd anniversary of the triumph of their Revolution.
