The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, intervened in the debates of the III plenary session of the Central Committee.

Among other issues, the country’s top political leader asserted that despite the adverse economic situation we are facing, this has been a year of victories in which we have dismantled a profound political operation against the Revolution
