Cuba: European aggression is subordinated to hostile US aggression – Canal Caribe

The International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People’s Power of Cuba issued a declaration of rejection and denunciation against the new aggression of the European Parliament, against Cuba and its people.
In the text, the commission states that it is an action of reactionary forces subordinate to the hostile positions of the United States.
In the same way, they deny the mistreatment and torture against human rights defenders, as they call the people “protected and paid” from the northern country to subvert the constitutional order in Cuba.
The statement makes it clear that the European Parliament completely ignores the US blockade against the largest of the Antilles, which is the greatest violation of human rights towards Cubans. The document emphasizes that such a cynical stance undermines the credibility of the European entity, and contrasts with the relations of mutual respect and the existing political dialogue between Cuba and the European Union.
The International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People’s Power appreciates the pronouncements in defense of Cuba, made by MEPs opposed to this injustice.
