With the presence of the first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, and of the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, he began this morning at the Palacio de Convenciones the third session of the IX Legislature of the National Assembly of People’s Power. The Electoral Bill Project was presented during the morning session.
