Visit to the public health of Cuba in the municipality of Banes due to the increase in COVID-19 cases

During a working visit to the Holguín province, the Minister of Public Health, Doctor José Ángel Portal Miranda, accompanied by the highest partisan and governmental authorities of the territory, evaluated the complexity of the current scenario in the face of COVID-19.

Portal Miranda, toured the municipality of Banes, which this Wednesday shows an increase in positive cases, and in the municipality of Holguín, spoke with young people from the University of Medical Sciences, at a time when demonstrating the strengths of the Cuban Health System is equivalent to provide quality care in all hospital institutions.
