The 2021 Community Culture Award is awarded to singer-songwriter Silvio Rodríguez

These days, the Cuban singer-songwriter Silvio Rodríguez has received several awards. The Cuban Ministry of Culture awarded him the 2021 Community Culture Award, which recognizes those who, since 2010, have been conducting tours of the neighborhoods.

The Leteo prize, awarded in the Spanish city of León, was also awarded to the artist. Silvio thanked and appreciated that a group of young lovers of literature and the arts have thought of him to deserve him, from a city of culture. The Cuban troubadour was accompanied by flutist Niurka González and Malva Rodríguez, at the piano.
