The Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, José Ramón Machado Ventura, chaired together with Song Tao, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Head of its Department of International Liaison, in his capacity as Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the CPC and President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, a meeting, by videoconference, to learn about the results of the 5th Plenary of the CPC Central Committee, held between 26 and 29 of last October.
