Deputies consult about laws that will be voted on soon

On their fifth day of meetings prior to the third ordinary session of the IX Legislature, the deputies met in working groups to analyze the three draft laws: the electoral, the national symbols and the fishing, which will be submitted for approval in parliament tomorrow Saturday.
The first vice-president of the Councils of State and Ministers, Salvador Valdés Mesa, accompanied the debates of the commissions of attention to the youth, the childhood and the equality of rights of the woman, Agroalimentary, and of attention to the services.
Enriching debates
The Cuban deputy Gerardo Hernandez valued important parliamentary debates on the draft laws on Fisheries, Electoral and National Symbols, which should be approved in the plenary this weekend.
We are legislating to complete a project of extreme importance: the new Constitution backed by the majority of Cubans in a popular referendum after a broad debate process.
The Hero of the Republic also commented that the three documents are fully analyzed by the Caribbean legislators, in parliamentary sessions prior to the third ordinary period of the IX Legislature of the National Assembly of People’s Power
