This Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba announced the decision to allow Cuban citizens residing in the national territory who are currently abroad, the possibility of returning to Cuba, exceptionally, with their passport expired and without extension . In this regard, the Director General of Consular Affairs and of Cuban Residents Abroad of MINREX, Ernesto Soberón Guzmán, offered details.
