The Cuban intelligentsia will not allow culture to be used against the nation. In a Cuba besieged from abroad and in an economic crisis as a result of the blockade and the pandemic, artists and writers called for social and patriotic responsibility in current times. These ideas centered the debates at this Thursday’s meeting at the Uneac headquarters in Havana.
