Cuba updates the legal framework on telecommunications and typifies cybersecurity incidents

The Official Gazette of the Republic in its edition this Tuesday publishes regulatory provisions related to telecommunications, information and communication technologies, the use of the radio spectrum and incidents in cyberspace. The content of these legal instruments is framed in constitutional principles, and seeks to guarantee the defense of national sovereignty, at the same time that it protects the exercise and guarantees of citizens’ rights in Cuba.
