The Cuban Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, condemned on Wednesday his Twitter account all manifestations of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia. In this session Cuba will present three draft resolutions, on the impact of External Debt on the Enjoyment of Human Rights, on the Right to Food and on Cultural Rights, according to the Permanent Mission of Havana in Geneva.
