Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla denounced to the United Nations the genocidal policy of the United States against the Island.

Rodríguez recalled that Cuba like the rest of the world had to face the extraordinary challenges of COVID-19, while the government of The United States took on the virus as part of its unconventional warfare and caused more than $ 5 billion in losses.
