The United States and NATO member countries must bear most of the costs of rebuilding Afghanistan. This was stated on Friday by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the joint meeting of the heads of state and government of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).
