The Venezuelan government resumed political dialogue with the opposition on Friday. As anticipated in the first meeting, the talks will take place in Mexico until next Sunday, September 5, with Norway as mediator, the Aztec nation as host, and the Netherlands, Russia, Bolivia and Turkey as guarantors.
