Cuban judokas Iván Silva and Andy Granda won gold medals on the second day of the Pan American Judo Championship, which takes place in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The Matanzas player Silva beat Brazilian Rafael Macedo in the 90 kilogram final due to the superiority of Wazari, to repeat his title from the previous version in Lima 2019.

For his part, Granda won the gold medal after winning the fight for the title of more than 100 kilos due to the non-presentation of Brazilian Rafael Silva, due to injury.In this way, Cuba finished third in singles, while today the team title is disputed.
