The National Electoral Council of Ecuador announced today that the presidential duo contending in the second round of voting will be the representatives of the progressive coalition Unión por la Esperanza UNES, Andrés Arauz-Carlos Rabascall, and Guillermo Lasso, for the center-right movement CREO -Alfredo Borrero.
