Congo officials demand compensation for toxic leak at private diamond mine

The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eve Bazaiba, demanded compensation from the owners of an Angolan diamond mine, due to the leak of toxic substances that caused the death of 12 people and sickened another 4 thousand.
