The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, participated this Thursday in the balance of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INRH).

All people have the right to water and the State creates the conditions to guarantee its distribution

According to a message from INRH on the social network Twitter, the meeting -in which Vice President Inés María Chapman is present- addresses compliance with the hydraulic program, as a way to solve the problem bank.

Among them, the efficient use of water increased access to the precious liquid and its sanitation.

Article 76 of the new Constitution makes reference to the fact that all people have the right to water and the State creates the conditions to guarantee it with due retribution and rational use.
