There is a phenomenon which is increasingly seeable every day in many places. You have noticed that and have denounced it to our spaces. Decontrol is the absence of the standards, discipline, monitoring. It is the loss of order, that is to say, it is the disorder or disorganization according to several meanings.

And this is not an analysis of the etymology of the word as a matter, but several ideas we are going to share about the lack of control of the resources the State destine for the good functioning of society.
