Attempt against Cuban plane in 1976 is remembered

The Cuban people paid homage today in this capital to the 73 victims of the terrorist attempt made in 1976 against a Cuban plane of Cubana airline and demanded justice before this crime.
At the Colombus cemetery hundreds of people characterized in the name of the Cuban people in a worship until the pantheon of the Armed Forces, where were placed floral offerings, among them one of the President Diaz-Canel.
Workers, students, parliament officials, military, athletes and representatives of other sectors of the Cuban society, made company to authorities and relatives of the victims in the march, carrying posters of the 57 Cuban people, 11 Guyanese and 5 Koreans assassinated during the blow up of the airplane DC-8 near the coasts of Barbados.
The fencer Seily Mendoza, denounced once more the sabotage of October 6th 1976, planned and executed by bloody hands to the service of the CIA. In little words, the athlete affirmed that the intellectual responsible people named, among them Luis Posada Carriles and Orlando Bosh, committed their terrorist action forsaken by a policy that from the U.S keeps on being spearhead against the people devoted to undergo their own path.
Cuba says no to the oblivion and reaffirms his permanent reclaim of justice, underlined Mendoza in an act to which attended the first Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of Havana, Luis Antonio Torres, and other civil and military authorities.
