Keith Rowley, good helmsman for Trinidad and Tobago
This politician was born on October 24, 1949 on the island of Tobago. He is a specialist in volcanology at the University of the West Indies.
After exercising his career for several years he entered politics and in the period 1987-1990 as a senator.
In addition, he was director of the ministries of Agriculture, Maritime, Land Resources; Planning and Development, Housing,Commerce and Industry.
He assumed as leader of the PNM (National People’s Movement) and led this party to this victory of 2015, with a program that promised to improve the economy, equity, social justice and greater access to both education and health, after that group lost the elections in 2010.
