The President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, conveyed in his Twitter account, the condolences for the death of the former president of Viet Nam, Le Duc Anh.

At the time of the general offensive and the uprising in the spring of 1968, Anh was the chief of staff of the Commando of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam.
