Cuban president analyzed transportation situation in tourism

The President of the Councils of State and Ministers Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, checked the situation that the country presents with transport linked to Tourism. At the meeting, the projections and investments in airports and cruise terminals were analyzed.

Díaz-Canel learned about the insufficiencies that persist in air, maritime, rail and automobile transportation, and the actions in which they work to improve the service, says Prensa Latina.

The head of state said that the growth of tourism in the country should be accompanied by a high quality of services offered.

He criticized the unpunctuality of the flights of Cubana de Aviación, and emphasized that it has to be something extraordinary so that a ship does not leave in time, hence the importance of preparing everything well to avoid delays.
