Covid-19: 1470 new cases in Cuba and 12 deaths

Epidemiological data remain unfavorable in Cuba; Today the highest number of infections is registered since the beginning of the pandemic, with 1470 positive cases of Covid-19.

Unfortunately, 12 people died from complications associated with the disease, for a cumulative number of 1087.

As reported by Dr. Francisco Durán , National Director of Epidemiology, in these first days of June more than 14 thousand infected people were diagnosed, therefore it is necessary to take extreme measures of biosafety despite the advances in the health intervention process.
